Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role supports the Account Manager in supervising security operations, training staff, and maintaining post orders across the site. You will coordinate tasks, review performance, and help ensure client satisfaction 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience required. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement and/or military required.
• Valid state Guard License, or have applied and issued, plus background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location.
• Supervise Security Professionals and direct their work daily.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and all post/training information, ensuring site is properly maintained.
• Assist Account Manager in interviews and on-the-job training of new employees.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs for the Security Department and share information with staff.
