GardaWorld Security in Columbus, OH is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee key client accounts on-site. You will manage issues, maintain relationships, review compliance, and drive security programs while handling billing, reporting, and forecasting.

Your leadership will help meet KPIs and guide project onboarding with client teams. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and strong communication to ensure exceptional service for a major account.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations leadership; military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long‑term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow‑ups.
