GardaWorld Security in Pooler, GA is hiring a Security Account Manager to lead on-site performance for a major account. You will handle client issues, liaise with local GardaWorld teams, and strengthen relationships to enhance security services.

This contract role emphasizes KPI achievement, onboarding, pricing collaboration, and strong reporting across CRM/ERP systems. A college degree or equivalent and 3+ years in security ops are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
