Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Security Account Manager to maintain exceptional on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, and build strong relationships while guiding projects and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and GardaWorld branch teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update databases (CRM/ERP) and review MSA compliance.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing and follow up on overdue payments.
