Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at facilities and ensure highest standards.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and serve as liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet regularly with clients, address problems, provide status updates, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, and staff development for accounts.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers; review reports; provide training and guidance; ensure policy and contract compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, orders, patrol areas, procedures, staffing priorities, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and collective bargaining agreements in assigned accounts.
• Recommend new approaches and policies to improve efficiency and services.
• Progressive discipline for corrective actions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
