GardaWorld Security seeks an Account Manager to oversee contract security services for key accounts in Austin, TX. You’ll handle client issues, maintain relationships, and drive security program improvements while meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities include updating databases, reviewing compliance, managing billing, and delivering client-focused presentations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and experience in security operations along with financial planning skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least three years of experience in security operations with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and local GardaWorld teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focusing on client needs.
• Update databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO and overdue follow-ups.
• Prepare internal reports and pricing estimates.
• Write client communications and operating guidelines.
