Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Tulsa, OK seeks a Security Account Manager to sustain top‑tier service for a key account. You’ll manage issues, communicate with client contacts, and strengthen relationships while handling billing, data reviews, and reports on-site.

Your role drives security program improvements, project guidance, and KPI attainment, with collaboration across branches to deliver tailored security solutions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations with progressively increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payments follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch support.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
