Job summary

GardaWorld in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee on-site accounts, manage client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build lasting relationships that enhance our security services.

You will update databases, review compliance, manage billing, analyze data, and prepare reports while guiding customers through projects and delivering presentations that demonstrate expertise in security services.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch and sponsor.
