Job summary

GardaWorld in Oklahoma City hires an Account Manager for contract security services to maintain top performance on-site, address client issues, and build strong relationships with key contacts. You will update databases, review compliance, manage billing, and prepare reports while guiding customers through projects and onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.

You’ll handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance the client’s security services. • Competitive Salary: $46,987.20 / year
• Work Site Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm. Requires a high degree of flexibility, as work outside of scheduled days and hours will be expected as needed.

Your Qualifications
