Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a contract Security Account Manager to oversee on-site client accounts in Orange, CT. You will handle issues, liaise with client contacts, and strengthen relationships while ensuring KPI achievement.

You’ll manage billing, data reviews, and project onboarding with presentations tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate has a track record in security operations, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
