Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in Magna, Utah to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure the safety and well‑being of people and places you protect.

You will lead from the front, schedule with AI tools, develop staff, manage client relationships, and coordinate incidents while upholding site standards and compliance. This role offers a competitive salary of $77,500 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and controlling inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI‑powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
