Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of executing the security contract at the assigned location.
• Supervise and train Security Professionals; evaluate performance and recommend assignments.
• Maintain Post Orders and ensure posts are properly maintained and organized.
• Conduct interviews and on‑the‑job training for new employees in coordination with Shift Supervisors.
• Oversee reports, logs and pass downs; distribute communications to Security Professionals.
