Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising and coordinating security operations at the assigned post. The role includes directing Security Professionals, conducting training, and ensuring post orders and procedures are followed.

The position offers a comprehensive onboarding course and full-time benefits, with a salary of $61,360 annually. A valid Guard License, driving eligibility, and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Must hold a valid state Guard License and pass a background check and drug test.
• Minimum high school diploma; 3–5 years professional-level security/military/law enforcement experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities; ability to train and coach.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift schedule as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract at the site.
• Supervise shift supervisors or Security Professionals; motivate, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and related training materials; ensure site is clean and organized.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new employees; orient to post and procedures; respond to emergencies.
• Oversee reports, logs, and handoffs; distribute communications to security staff at post.
