Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience provisioning access on database platforms.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• MS Excel proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provision access for end users across various business lines.
• Collaborate with DBAs and application teams to define access requirements.
• Manage user accounts on Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
• Use ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000 to track and resolve requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
