Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate II to support facility safety, asset protection, and inventory control. You will be the face of Carvana at gates, ensuring protocols are followed, assisting with badge requests, CCTV reviews, and incident response.

The role blends hands-on security with frontline customer and partner interaction. Ideal candidates have a year of internal Carvana experience, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate situations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This role is designated as a safety-sensitive position.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service first approach in everything you do.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors at the gates.
• Assist in badge creation, CCTV review, and other Safe and Secure tasks.
• Document vehicle destinations and locations; support inventory control procedures.
• Lead with effective communication with team, partners, and customers.
