Carvana is hiring a Safe and Secure Associate II in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role focuses on protecting associates, customers, and assets at the facility and acting as the face of Carvana at the gates.

Responsibilities include enforcing egress/digress protocols, supporting incident response, CCTV and badge tasks, and ongoing safety training. A strong, service-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This job position is designated as a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service first approach in everything you do.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors at the gates.
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and other Safe and Secure functions as needed.
• Document vehicle destinations and locations and support incident response and safety protocols.
