Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate II to help protect associates, customers, and assets at the facility. You will be the face of Carvana at gates, ensure adherence to egress and digress procedures, and support inventory control with RFID and SAS App usage.

The role emphasizes a service-first approach, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations while collaborating with the Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a service-first mindset in all interactions.
• At least 1 year of internal Carvana experience preferred or proven internal growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as egress/ingress ambassador at gates and ensure safety protocols.
• Support badge creation, CCTV review, and access control requests.
• De-escalate situations and maintain composure to protect partners and assets.
• Operate Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and document vehicle movements.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to handle security and inventory tasks.
