Job summary

Infinity seeks a Media Library Specialist to manage receipt, shipment, and tracking of media materials in accordance with NISPOM, ensuring meticulous records and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for secure handling.

The role involves inventory for over 30,000 media items, strict shipping protocols, and ongoing collaboration with security personnel. Local travel may be required, and eligibility for security clearance is necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years for Junior, 5+ years for Senior position.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Record and store classified media according to content, purpose, and user in accordance with NISPOM.
• Maintain media accountability and update information in the media database.
• Package, ship, track, and dispose of classified media per regulations.
• Perform inventory checks for over 30,000 pieces of media.
• Coordinate with security and other departments to manage secure transfers.
