Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Media Library Specialist to manage the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s media assets at China Lake, CA. The role focuses on custody, inventory, processing, and delivery of tapes, CDs, microfiche, and digital media under contract supervision.

You will apply standard procedures to resolve routine media problems, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in media library operations or related administrative support is preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD or government security procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain custody records and organize media assets (tapes, CDs, digital storage).
• Perform regular media inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process media check-out, requests, and transfers using logs or tracking systems.
• Apply data processing procedures to resolve routine media problems and escalate non-routine issues.
• Deliver media files to customers and coordinate with graphics and photo teams for archiving.
