Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably in secure or government facility environments.
• Knowledge of SCIF construction, ICD 705 requirements, and NISPOM standards is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is required.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects—from planning and scheduling to execution and close-out—ensuring ICD 705 compliance and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and allocate project resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Oversee on-site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, security protocols, and safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, government clients, inspectors, and local jurisdictions.
• Oversee project documentation, submittals, and secure space construction checklists.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or delays.
