The ideal candidate has deep SCIF construction experience, knowledge of TEMPEST and ICD/ICS 705 guidelines, plus a proven ability to manage schedules, safety reports and client communications on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience as lead superintendent on SCIF, commercial interior, retail, renovation projects
• Experience in SCIF construction: knowledge of TEMPEST requirements
• Expertise in secure facility construction and ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
• High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent is responsible for all field staff and will ensure work is built to plans and specs
• Monitor work, direct subcontractors and schedule tasks per project schedule
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety and accident reports
• Direct material, tools/equipment, information and staff on the jobsite in a timely fashion
