Qualifications

• Knowledge of TEMPEST requirements and SCIF construction
• Expertise in secure facility construction and ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Procore proficiency for project and financial management
• Mastery of Microsoft Project and schedule management effects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction lifecycle and act as main client contact for project organization, implementation and completion
• Provide oversight, training, and development for direct reports
• Be a visible, integral team member in the Charlotte market and nationwide footprint supporting commercial and SCIF projects
