Job summary

Bognet Construction Associates seeks a SCIF Project Manager to lead secure facility projects, ensuring ICD 705 compliance and high-quality delivery for government stakeholders. You will oversee multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with design, security, and field teams.

The role requires 7+ years in PM with a commercial GC, strong security domain knowledge, and proficiency with MS Projects, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial GC, ideally focused on interiors, technical upgrades, or secure facilities.
• Proven experience with SCIF, SAPF, or other ICD 705 secure facility projects.
• Strong understanding of federal/DOD construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCIF and secure facility projects across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, ensuring ICD 705, NISPOM, and UL2050 standards compliance.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead coordination of design documents, submittals, change orders, and RFIs—anticipating challenges before they arise.
• Partner with site security officers and government stakeholders to meet inspection, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
