MBP in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area seeks leaders in design and construction to deliver secure facilities, labs, and IT/AV systems. The role demands extensive experience in SCIFs, contract administration, and quality control across complex projects.

Responsibilities include pre-construction and construction-phase owner representation, risk management, schedule verification, meetings leadership, and closeout coordination to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with extensive related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Familiarity with ICD-705 requirements and IC-705 standards.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Knowledge of construction codes, materials, and methods.
• Preferred: CCM or CQM certifications.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost estimation, documentation, and project controls.

Aufgaben

• Provide pre-construction and construction phase owner representation for medium to large projects.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of the client/owner.
• Lead risk and issue identification with mitigation strategies.
• Review and track project schedules and progress.
• Lead or participate in progress meetings and document minutes.
• Perform QA inspections to ensure contract compliance.
• Document and track issues, coordinate with contractor/designer/owner to resolve.
• Review change orders for entitlement and price, assist negotiations.
• Coordinate reviews with accreditation authorities and IT/AV stakeholders.
• Oversee punch-list, acceptance, and closeout requirements.
