Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate or construction.
• Experience with secure facility construction (SCIF, SAPF, CCIF) and ICD-705

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact and build strategic relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams including engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
