SECTION MANAGER NPI

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead technical gap & risk analysis including mitigation actions before new sample start.
2. Plan and provide technical representation for TFC, parameter setup, sample build monitoring, and well-being.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues affecting sample build.
4. Interface with Manufacturing Engineering team for sample build review.
5. Lead new machine, process, and material optimization related to new products.
6. Ensure technical readiness and lock-in of processes/parameters.
7. Lead technical yield improvement initiatives and align with stakeholders.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
