Job description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Central Division Manager, Foodservice! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, everyone contributes to our success, rooted in our origins by three maverick farmers who shaped our journey.

The Central Division Manager for Foodservice is a key leadership role focused on driving growth channels. This leader will develop strategies, build relationships, and oversee execution for distribution and broker sales teams within the assigned geography. The role also involves managing our two largest corporate accounts to accelerate growth, leveraging enterprise resources and broker partners to ensure profitable expansion with a passion for innovation.

This position is remote, based in the Central Time Zone, preferably in Texas or Illinois, offering a car allowance, sales incentive, and a target company bonus of 15%.

A Day in the Life...
  • Lead strategic contract design and joint business planning with HQ distribution partners such as Sysco, USF, and super regionals.
  • Manage broker relationships, develop regional sales opportunities, provide training, and create trimester plans.
  • Navigate negotiations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Design, manage, and optimize trade programs.
  • Present business plans to customers.
  • Support broker deduction management and repayment processes.
  • Lead change initiatives and guide teams through transitions.
  • Travel (~25%) to meet distributors, conduct broker market visits, and attend industry events.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in foodservice manufacturer sales, including HQ broadline distributor development (Sysco or USF) and broker sales development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and an innovative mindset.
  • Proactive approach and digital compliance knowledge.
  • Understanding of distributor trends, strategic planning, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to interpret data and set actionable goals.
  • Collaborative, able to thrive in a matrix environment across all levels and functions.
  • Leadership presence with strong command of foodservice segments.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Empowering and inspiring team-oriented disposition.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Education & Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree required; at least 7 years of relevant experience.
