Job description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Central Division Manager, Foodservice! We are a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, everyone contributes to our shared success. Founded by three maverick farmers, we continue to forge our own path.

The Central Division Manager for Foodservice is a key leadership role focused on driving growth channels. The role involves developing strategy, building relationships, and executing distribution and broker sales in the assigned geography. The candidate will also lead our two largest corporate accounts to accelerate growth, leveraging enterprise resources and broker partnerships.

This is a remote position within the Central Time Zone, with a preference for Texas and Illinois. Benefits include a car allowance, sales incentive, and a target bonus of 15%.

A Day in the Life...
  • Lead contract design and joint planning with HQ distribution partners like Sysco and USF
  • Manage broker relationships, develop regional sales opportunities, and oversee plans
  • Navigate negotiations and resolve conflicts
  • Design and optimize trade programs
  • Present business plans to customers
  • Support deduction management and repayment processes
  • Lead change initiatives and support team development
  • Travel (~25%) to meet distributors and industry events
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 8 years in foodservice sales, distributor development, and broker sales
  • Strong strategic thinking and proactive approach
  • Understanding of digital compliance and industry trends
  • Ability to analyze data and set actionable goals
  • Collaborative mindset and leadership presence
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
