Ocean Spray is hiring for a Central Division Manager, Foodservice! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, everyone contributes to our success. Founded by three maverick farmers, we continue to make our own way.
The Central Division Manager for Foodservice is a key leadership role focused on driving strategy, revenue, relationship building, and execution within distribution development and broker field sales teams in the assigned geography. This role will also lead our two largest corporate accounts to accelerate growth. The candidate will leverage enterprise resources, including broker partners, to achieve profitable growth and foster a 'how might we' mindset.
This is a remote position based in the Central Time Zone, with a preference for Texas and Illinois. Benefits include a car allowance, sales incentive, and a target company bonus of 15%.
Bachelor's degree (Required)
At least 7 years of relevant experience.
