Qualifications

• Active DoD issued Secret Clearance required.
• Experience leading a team and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10–20 engineers; set goals and align with department objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.
• Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams on operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
