Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Program Operations Manager to lead the Manufacturing Operations organization through development to LRIP. You will own cost and schedule execution, interface with Program Office, factories, and customers, and drive readiness gates and production transitions.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing. Onsite work with occasional travel to remote sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing or defense environments.
• Experience with DoD contracts and EVM for cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations EAC and budget scope and manage EVM processes.
• Collaborate across programs to resolve schedule and cost conflicts.
• Define operational schedules and priorities for factories and suppliers.
• Lead proposal development and ensure cost/schedule clarity for leadership and customers.
• Coordinate gate reviews and drive transitions to production for RLPM readiness.
