Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations (PBS8) to implement and oversee HUD Section 8 programs across its portfolio. You will coordinate monthly housing assistance payments, TRACS submissions, and audit preparations, acting as a HUD subject matter expert for corporate and site teams.

The role emphasizes training, regulatory compliance, and on-site support, reporting to the Regional VP for 50059 properties, with no direct supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HUD programs experience, with strong Section 8 experience.
• Experience submitting HAP vouchers and payments via TRACS.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Maxx Vault, MINC, TRACS and EIV.
• Multiple years of Yardi experience required.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• COS and STAR designation required.
• Commitment to ongoing education related to Section 42, Rural Development, HUD and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain on-site HUD PBS8 programs and guidelines across the portfolio.
• Support property management teams with monthly housing assistance payments and submissions.
• Prepare for MOR and REAC audits and reviews; assist with training on HUD requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert for HUD training across corporate and on-site teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new developments and manage EIV coordination.
• Reconcile resident ledgers and support HUD file maintenance and notices.
• Monitor changes in regulatory program requirements and drive corrective actions.
