Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations (PBS8) to implement and manage HUD PBS8 programs across the portfolio. The role supports property management teams by ensuring accurate monthly housing assistance payments and HUD submissions, with MOR and REAC audit preparation.

The position serves as a subject matter expert on HUD requirements, trains staff, and reports to the Regional Vice President over 50059 properties, with no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HUD programs experience with strong Section 8 background.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• COS and STAR designation is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HUD Section 8 compliance and timely monthly submissions.
• Support HM programs, TRACS submissions, and HAP voucher activity.
• Assist with MOR and REAC audits, reviews, and inspections.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on HUD and Rural Development correspondence.
• Provide training and SME guidance on HUD requirements across teams.
