Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations – PBS8 to implement HUD PBS8 programs across the portfolio and support on-site teams with housing assistance payments.

The role focuses on TRACS submissions, HAP processing, audits, and training on HUD requirements, with coordination between corporate, regional, and site staff to ensure compliance.

This exempt, full-time position reports to the Regional VP and does not supervise directly.

Qualifications

• HUD programs experience with Section 8 focus is required.
• Experience submitting HAP Voucher payments via TRACS is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Proficiency in MAXX Vault, MINC, TRACS, and EIV is required.
• Multiple years of Yardi experience is required.
• Strong time management and attention to detail are essential.
• COS and STAR designation are required.
• Commitment to continuing education related to HUD, Rural Development, and Fair Housing is expected.

Responsibilities

• HUD, TRACS, and monthly submission management.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of monthly housing assistance payments.
• Complete 50059 pre/post HAP audit processes in Yardi.
• Manage HUD Rent Schedules and OCAF; support program notifications.
• Support HAP Voucher processes submitted via TRACS.
• Agency coordination and correspondence with HUD and Rural Development.
• Prepare for MOR and REAC audits and inspections with regional team.
• Provide HUD training across corporate and on-site teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new developments with Development and Management.
• Act as one of two KPG EIV Coordinators and perform related duties.
• Reconcile resident ledger adjustments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
