Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations (PBS8) to implement and maintain on-site HUD PBS8 programs across the portfolio. You will support property teams with timely housing payments, HUD submissions, and audits while serving as a subject-matter expert on HUD requirements.

The role is exempt, reports to the Regional VP over 50059 properties, and does not involve direct supervision. Strong Yardi, TRACS, and EIV experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HUD program experience, with strong Section 8 background.
• Experience submitting HAP Vouchers via TRACS.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Multiple years of Yardi experience required.
• COS and STAR designation required.
• Commitment to continuing education related to HUD programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUD Section 8 compliance, TRACS submissions, and monthly housing payments.
• Prepare MOR/REAC audits and coordinate with regions and property teams.
• Train staff on HUD requirements and related forms across corporate and site levels.
• Coordinate onboarding for new developments and maintain HUD files.
