Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an Administrator of Operations for PBS8 to implement and maintain on-site HUD PBS8 programs across the portfolio.

You’ll manage monthly housing assistance payments, TRACS submissions, and prepare for MOR and REAC audits, partnering with property teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. As a subject matter expert in HUD requirements, you’ll train corporate and on-site staff, coordinate HUD/USDA submissions, and support onboarding, lettings, and resident

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HUD programs experience with strong Section 8 background.
• Experience submitting HAP payments via TRACS.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• COS and STAR designation required.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing HUD program education.

Responsibilities

• HUD, TRACS, and monthly submission management.
• Prepare MOR and REAC audits and inspections.
• Train staff on HUD requirements across corporate and on-site teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new developments and ensure HUD file readiness.
