Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst in Arlington, VA. The role anchors the KM program, driving maturity assessments, metrics development, and knowledge capture to build a self-sustaining knowledge culture across the National Guard Enterprise.

Responsibilities include coordinating KM governance, delivering KM training, and facilitating Communities of Practice. A SECRET clearance and five+ years of KM experience are required to enable enterprise knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise KM experience.
• APQC Certified Knowledge Manager.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• Experience with KM governance and Communities of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual KM Program Maturity Model assessments (≈45 per year).
• Develop, maintain, and report KM program metrics in dashboards and dictionaries.
• Facilitate knowledge capture (interviews, AARs, lessons learned) into reusable assets.
• Support KM governance bodies and change management activities.
• Deliver KM training through courses and LMS platforms.
• Coordinate KM lifecycle processes (ADDPI).
