The role includes facilitating communities of practice, delivering KM training, supporting governance, and converting knowledge into reusable assets, with a SECRET clearance required and SharePoint Online proficiency.

Qualifications

• APQC Certified Knowledge Manager and at least five years of enterprise KM experience.
• Five+ years applying enterprise KM principles (knowledge flow, lifecycle, taxonomy).
• Experience supporting KM governance structures and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Experience delivering KM training and curriculum using LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage KM projects and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual KM Program Maturity Model assessments (~45 per year).
• Develop, maintain, and report KM metrics and dashboards.
• Facilitate knowledge capture (interviews, AARs, lessons learned) and convert content into reusable assets.
• Support KM governance bodies and change management products.
• Conduct four KM Representative Courses per year and deliver KM educational briefings.
