Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst II to provide IT subject matter expertise and services. The role centers on coordination between CPE and NEC, end user account maintenance using ATCTS, and ticket management in the AESD REMEDY system to resolve NIPR and SIPR issues.

The analyst will support Information Management/IT processes, deploy and configure enterprise tools, and assist in planning, telecommunication, and secure/non-secure communications as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required. Education requirement can be substituted with eight (8) years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for coordination between CPE and NEC, including end user account maintenance in ATCTS and ticket management in AESD REMEDY.
• Resolve NIPR and SIPR enterprise hardware and software issues including system or end user account maintenance.
• Support Information Management/IT processes and resources to enable business and mission effectiveness.
• Proficiently deploy, administer, and configure Army Enterprise Level tools and devices, including MS Office 2013 Suite, VPN, security software, and related infrastructure.
• Support CISCO VPN, printers, docking stations, monitors, routers, switches, and other devices connected to end-user computers at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
