Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst II to support program management in a TS/SCI environment. You will produce technical docs, coordinate VTCs for senior leaders, and drive efficiency through process improvements.

The role involves coordinating facilities management, processing work orders, maintaining security clearances, and preparing reports and planning scenarios for emergency readiness and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• As a substitute, ten years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas.
• Coordinates and schedules Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
• Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
• Tracking special duty and ad hoc actions.
• Coordinating facilities management.
• Submitting Work Orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services.
• Tracking and managing internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems.
• Preparing documentation to support equipment purchases and management.
• Verifying security clearances, providing security access badging, providing SMO code via DISS, and coordinating escort duties.
• Participating in recurring meetings.
• Submitting requests or tickets for service.
• Writing and updating scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness.
• Preparing quarterly/annual reports.
• Working with the APG IMCOM to complete ASIP IAW AR 5-18 and updating the stationing plan for growth.
• Participating in IPTs and coordination meetings.
• Attending and coordinating high visibility visits: scheduling office calls, agendas, transportation, meals, administrative and protocol support, AV, briefing packages.
• Safeguarding and delivering Government material.
• Coordinating and aligning meetings.
• Preparing meeting minutes.
• Transporting VTC equipment and ensuring VTC connectivity for the CPE.
• Developing materials or presenting training for professional development.
