Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Integration & Test Engineer at Schriever Space Force Base, CO, to drive end-to-end integration of C2BMC capabilities in support of missile defense. The role requires on-site work with no remote options and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include integrating hardware/software, executing test plans, troubleshooting, and collaborating with MDS stakeholders in an Agile setting. Capitalize on strong Linux/Windows and networking expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree and 3–5+ years in a system integration or related role.
• Active government security clearance (Secret) and 8140 IAT Level II+ certification is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate C2BMC hardware and software into testbeds and operational systems.
• Conduct full system checkouts and ensure readiness for test events.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to test, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and execute test plans; document results and provide feedback to developers.
• Author Problem Reports and track resolutions to improve system performance.
• Create scripts to extract data from logs; analyze traffic and trends.
• Operate C2BMC systems during integration, ground tests, and fielding activities.
• Participate in technical meetings with National Team groups and government customers.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to define and verify capabilities and defects.
