Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Platforms - ServiceNow team in the Washington DC metro area.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives, translating needs into clear user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria. You will assist with testing, support the design and implementation, and collaborate across developers, product owners, and QA to ensure successful delivery that

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow.
US Citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Experience with hands-on coding and scripting; strong BA experience in enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

Serve as a BA for the Platforms - ServiceNow team; gather and document requirements.
Translate needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
Support design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.
Lead workshops and sessions to identify process improvements and system optimization.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to ensure delivery.
Assist test planning, execution, and validation of functionality.
Maintain alignment of deliverables with business goals and standards.
