Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to support client workstreams, translate requirements into technical designs, and collaborate with development teams to implement and administer ServiceNow applications. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and Agile delivery experience.

You will engage with stakeholders to capture current and future state processes, document designs, and assist in testing and training activities, applying knowledge of GRC, SPM, ITSM, and App Engine

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules (GRC, SPM, ITSM) and App Engine/Scoped Apps.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow workstreams and interact with clients to identify and translate functional requirements.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs using ServiceNow.
• Document process maps, designs, and communications for ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Support functional testing and training activities for ServiceNow implementations.
