Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Platforms - ServiceNow team in the Washington DC/Metro area. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and specs, and work with developers, product owners, and QA to implement ServiceNow solutions.

The role involves up to 25% travel to Guidehouse or client offices and requires a Secret clearance eligibility. A strong BA background in enterprise tech and agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience with exposure to ServiceNow.
• Experience with hands-on coding and scripting.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong BA methodologies, requirements gathering, and process docs.
• Experience creating user stories, flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Effective communication with business and technical audiences.
• Agile or iterative delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
