Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Platforms - ServiceNow team in the United States. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and specs, and help design and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential to drive process improvements. The role requires at least 3 years of BA experience with ServiceNow exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) years as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow.
US Citizenship is contractually required with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Hands-on coding and scripting experience.
Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise tech or ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of BA methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Effective communication with both business and technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team.
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
Translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
Support design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
Facilitate workshops and sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Analyze current and future-state processes to recommend scalable solutions.
Work with developers, product owners, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
Assist with testing activities, including test planning and validation of functionality.
Maintain documentation and ensure deliverables align with goals and standards.
