Job summary

PBG seeks an experienced Executive Officer to lead a headquarters professional support services program for a Federal customer. The role oversees the entire program, interfaces with the CO, COR, and government managers, and ensures delivery of quality and timely results across the Customer’s nine Washington, DC area offices.

Candidates must hold a SECRET clearance and PMP certification. The Executive Officer will guide strategic planning, staffing, and performance, with responsibility for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience with focus on risk, innovation and quality management systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and Power BI.
• SECRET clearance required prior to contract performance; PMP certification.
• Master’s degree or 12 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leadership and interface with CO, COR, government management, and Customer representatives.
• Oversee contractor tasks and staffing portfolio across headquarters offices.
• Ensure overall contract performance and program execution.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps aligned with Customer mission and goals.
• Provide program leadership and manage day-to-day operations, budgets, risks, and issues.
