Job summary

Swingtech in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Executive Officer/Federal Program Director to provide executive leadership and oversee a large federal services program onsite.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience, PMP certification, and a Master’s degree or 12 years of related experience. You will coordinate with federal stakeholders to guide delivery, manage risk, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in federal or large-scale programs.
• PMP certification is required or highly preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent 12 years of experience.
• Proven ability to brief senior federal stakeholders and lead complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior interface with federal contracting officials, customer management, and agency representatives.
• Provide executive oversight of the full program, including personnel, operations, performance, quality, and risk.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the customer’s mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program managers, functional leads, and contractor personnel.
