Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Management Level 3 or Level 4 for the Melbourne, FL site, supporting the Strategic Communications System (SCS) Division. The role oversees project execution, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction, acting as a liaison among project teams, line management and stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of PM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an active US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with PM experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
• Knowledge of project management principles and RIO concepts.
• Active US Secret clearance (in-scope) or ability to obtain PAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues to meet goals.
• Manage deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead risk, issue, and opportunity meetings and reporting.
• Support new business proposals and team organization.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, materials, and action tracking.
• Maintain organization charts and SharePoint curation.
• Travel up to 25% and communicate with clients and teams.
