Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 3) or Senior Principal (level 4) to join as an on-site contributor. The role focuses on developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinating schedules across engineering, finance, material, and manufacturing functions.

A Secret clearance is required, with some travel expected. Responsibilities include risk analysis, critical path resolution, and applying Earned Value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of program planning/scheduling experience or equivalent
Master's degree preferred with substantial scheduling experience
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher required

Responsibilities

Develops and coordinates the integrated master schedule (IMS) for programs
Tracks plans, risks, and critical path; resolves scheduling conflicts
Performs earned value management (EVM) practices and variance analysis
Coordinates with finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality on schedules
