Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Layton, UT is seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 2) to join our AS Business Management team on-site. This role requires, and maintains, a Secret clearance and offers a challenging path to coordinate master plans with cross-functional groups.

You will develop IMS schedules, analyze risk, and support program objectives with a focus on earned value and integrated schedules. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or related fields (or Master's degree or 6 years experience).
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher required (with recent background check).
• Ability to obtain/maintain Program Access as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and IMS schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across functional groups (finance, engineering, manufacturing, quality).
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis, resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, earned value management to gauge progress and identify variances.
